Our system includes proven notification letters, experienced project managers and highly skilled technicians. Most of our technicians live in the area they work, which cuts down on commuting and allows them to be flexible to the tenants needs. Many challenges faced on the project including; access issues, the need to work on nights and weekends, emergency response services have been overcome with great success by ALC employees. These specific challenges and more are faced by the ALC team on a daily basis and we have consistently adapted to the circumstances and overcome the hurdle to complete the project in a timely fashion. Upon executing a contract with ALC, we will provide your organization with a single point of contact at ALC for the entire project. This person will be responsible for acting as a liason between your organization and ours. Your ALC representative will be responsible for providing you with a status reports on specific projects, answering technical questions, billing, scheduling questions and delivering you the completed project on time.
