Arena Leisure Plc is at the heart of the UK racing industry. With ownership of six racecourses across the UK, Arena boasts control of some 20% of racing fixtures and 22% of the 7,000 annual races. Arena Leisure is also an integral member of the 'attheraces' horseracing and gaming media rights partnership. Together with Channel 4 and BSkyB, we are now bringing racing and betting to the home and workplace through a multitude of channels, including the Internet (attheraces.co.uk), Interactive Digital Television (Sky channel 418, ntl cable channel 908, Telewest cable 534) and telebet (0800 083 83 83). The development of these gaming platforms has been lead by our own, in-house technical team.
