Bekaert is a global leader in the development, manufacture and installation of solar and safety window films with 20 company-owned Service Centers located around the world. • Bekaert Rapid Response Team (large single location) – Bekaert was selected by the Capital Architect for a massive project in 15 buildings which we completed in 40 days including a 10-day shutdown because of an Anthrax scare. Also, toward the end of 2005, a customer required safety film totaling 360,000 square feet on two buildings in the World Financial Center. Although the original schedule requested by the customer was exceptionally aggressive (10 weeks) in this occupied office space, Bekaert completed the job in less than four weeks. • On-Call Support (multiple location contracts) – Bekaert National Accounts customers enjoy the flexibility of quick worldwide support for each location requiring protection. Once we have consulted together and chosen the appropriate menu of products and contracted worldwide pricing, appropriate Bekaert team can be mobilized with a single phone call to our fully staffed Customer Call Center.
