For over twenty years Bittree has committed itself to improving the patching experience. Bittree pioneered the use of multipin rear interface patchbays to allow system integrators and contractors to pre- wire facilities. With the pre wire complete, the patchbays could be plugged in and ready to use in a minimal amount of time. The next step was for Bittree to develop a 3-pin connector to still allow the customer to pre-wire, but now since each channel has its own connector, it can be moved around the patchbay, making wiring mistakes easily corrected, and change orders to be accommodated efficiently.
