Monolithic isolators with passive inputs and fail-safe outputs. Drop-in replacements for passive-input optocouplers but with data rates to 100 Mbps and PWD as low as 3 ns. One, two, or three channel configurations; CMOS or open-drain outputs. PDIP, SOIC, or unique MSOP packages.
Digital-input, CMOS output high-speed isolators available in 1 to 5 channel configurations, these are the world's smallest isolators. Standard parts are rated at 100 Mbps and 100°C. IL700S ultra-high speed (150 Mbps; 300 ps PWD) and IL700T high-temperature (125°C) versions. Available in PDIP, SOIC, or unique MSOP packages.
