Cannon Wines was founded in 1978 to market premium California and imported wines nationally. Today, under the direction of President and CEO Earl Myers, Cannon is composed of a team of professionals with wide-ranging experience in launching and building successful wine brands. This team works in collaboration with a network of more than 70 leading distributors. Cannon Wines services include national distribution and sales, marketing, strategic planning, and the development and implementation of all aspects of brand support (merchandising, advertising, market analysis, consumer and trade research, etc.). Since 2002, Cannon Wines has been owned by Jeanjean, S.A., Saint-Felix-de-Lodez, the south of France, a major producer and exporter of French wines which owns top-ranked wine estates in several regions of France.
