I am a professional Sculptor and Repatriation Archaeologist. I am trained in Traditional Knowledge of the Plains and also Classical art training with 21 years of formal art schooling. I have exhibited and am in collections in museums, galleries, corporations and private collections world-wide. I create sculptures, fixtures, small and major water features, fountains, portraits and specialize in these areas: Mid-Century Modern (I worked with Alexander Calder in the 1960s-70s, and restored Rat Pack places in Palm Springs,) Classical Sculpture with a specialty in Portraits and Monumental work, American Indian Arts and Crafts with an additional specialty in Rock-Art of the individual Nations and the Paleo-Indians of Turtle Island and Parrot Island This includes techniques in weaving, basketry, tool-making, dying, jewelry, clothing, housing, and indigenous American technology and the crafts that supported it. t also includes conceptualized communication with focus on imagery. Traditional Knowledge is just as important and valid as Occidental Science. Modern is just as important as Ancient. I am the first person in 35 years to carve gunnite and plastic cement like the old Disney styles. I also work with Venetian Plaster techniques. I have created or restored works for individuals, country clubs, hotels and resorts, Tribal entities, museums, galleries, corporations and other specialized works. I am also a repatriation archaeologist and sensitive to specialized need. I owned and operated a retail robot store in NYC called Robotorium, Inc, in the 1980s, importing or designing custom space-age and science fiction product. I have worked in the entertainment industry for decades behind the lens, and am listed in IMDb.com and tv.com for my work with Jim Henson.
