Our company copyrighted and sells the cocktail order pad for cocktail servers. The pad is categorized to make it easy for a cocktail server to relay drink orders to the bartender quickly and accurately. Even with micros the order should be turned in properly. When cocktail servers use the pad, alcohol sales increase, customer service improves and servers tips increase tremendously. The goal of every establishment is superior customer service and increase in sales, that is what our product does.
Presently cocktail servers are using a blank scratch pad with no guide to go by. The biggest problem new cocktail servers have is relaying drink orders to bartenders properly. It may be the single most important task the cocktail server has. When an establishment gets hectic and demanding everything is in chaos. Often the cocktail servers becomes flustered and relays the drink order terribly to the bartender. Our pad solves this problem.
