Global Connect

Global Connect has a Web-based system that allows you to send recorded messages to your customer base at will and send the messages to your customers' phones or voice mail. The system features voice-over Internet protocol, permitting users to create and broadcast messages whenever they want. An average 35 second message will cost approximately 9.5 cents per connected call. All the user needs is a telephone and a computer with an Internet connection. There are no monthly maintenance costs and no hardware or software purchases. Using Global Connect's interactive telephone technology your customers will be able to be directly connected back to your call center by pushing the "9" key or if they push the "1" key they can leave you a message. The system is being used by casinos for direct-marketing campaigns; to fill empty showroom seats or hotel rooms; to record personalized messages from hosts to players; and for a variety of other marketing applications.
