GIAA will indemnify Internet Casino players or, “participants” in the event of non-payment of legitimate “wins” by the Casino Operator. A condition precedent is that the Casino Operator must have joined the GIAA association and agreed to all rules and regulations of GIAA before becoming a member. GIAA will be able to guarantee bets and payouts for winnings up to two million dollars ($2,000,000 USD) per member site. This indemnification will provide the participant with a much higher level of comfort when playing on GIAA member sites.
