Invite is built using Microsoft Exchange 2000 specifically for the corporate enterprise, insuring easy integration into your environment and the everyday process of your companies' employees. Schedule Resources - Invite's resource selection tool provides a birds-eye view of a region, campus, or building. Invite also features the ability to create a graphic rendering of each room in various setup styles. Invite Attendees - Invite, being completely integrated to Microsoft Outlook provides an invitation to attendees for any meeting. Based on the workflow of the resource, invitations can be postponed until the receptionist or administrator confirms the meeting. Request Services - The services screen provides the 'self-help event planner' with the ability to not only schedule a room but also request catering and other services such as audio visual equipment. Each provider then has an immediate view of what services are required for each meeting.
