Landmark Contract Management, Inc is a group of leaders providing "Agent of the Owner" Construction Management, Dispute Resolution Services and Training and Seminars. We are a professional group of architects, engineers, program managers, construction managers, construction engineers, inspectors, estimators, schedulers and support staff. We are receptive to the Owner’s needs, offering services in every phase of a project. As a program manager, we have always worked as the Owner’s advocate, and never worked as a General Contractor or an "at risk" Construction Manager. Project Management is our prime focus, not a sideline with a potential for conflicts of interest. We always function as the Owner’s advocate, in effect, an extension of the Owner’s staff. We will be the "behind-the-scenes" team member, doing what it takes to ensure the success of a project.
