Laybond are pleased to announce the launch of their new Quickstrip Cushion System for use under Casino carpets. The system offers the benefits of being able to release the carpet from the cushion while leaving the cushion intact on the floor, or alternatively allows total release of the carpet and cushion without the use of machinery. The system can be totally uplifted by hand. No damage is caused to the sub floor when uplifting. Allows repairs to be carried out without damage to the cushion. Meets all flammability tests and uses Low Voc Adhesives. Example, if carpet is replaced on a 3-year cycle, there should be no need to replace the cushion until 6 years hence. Therefore one cushion should last the life of the original and replacement carpet.

Laybond offer various release systems for the easy removal of fully adhered finishes from the sub floor without causing damage. These systems allow for repairs to be carried to damaged carpets or vinyl without having to replace the entire area.
