Thermax® is a non-combustible, non-toxic, marine construction board used worldwide for joiner bulkheads, panels, liners, ceilings, door cores, and furniture cores. Thermax has all major regulatory body certificates (i.e., USCG, Transport Canada, DNV, et al. ) and meets the requirements of IMO/SOLAS resolutions, and is tested in accordance with the FTP CODE. Thermax® is sold, distributed, warehoused, laminated, and cut to size in North America by PSI.
Thermax® is in compliance with the non-combustible requirements of SOLAS / IMO Resolutions and conforms to FTP CODE[Res. MSC.61(67)]

THERMAX MARINE systems are offered with laminate (HPL) surface thus covering an extensive range of decorative colors and patterns to chose from, combined with durability, scratch and impact resistance; all systems are compatible and can be combined to meet the requirements of today's design standards for high class accomodations. THERMAX Tresista and Light Weight Tresista with a flush panel joint are modular panels for quick installation without the necessity of cutting on board.

Typical panel consists of a 45 lb. density industrial grade particle board core, surfaced with High Pressure Decorative Laminate and backed with a non decorative backer. Bonding is accomplished by factory applying a rigid set glue line.
Decorative laminates and non-decorative backers used to surface PSI Wall Systems are manufactured to meet or exceed relevant standards of the National Electrical manufacturing Association (NEMA LD3-1991) for thickness, performance properties and appearance.

PSI's Topstone Divison is a fabricator of beautiful natural and engineered stone products for commercial and residential uses. Fabrication capabilities include, but are not limited to; kitchen and commercial countertops/work surfaces, tub deck and fireplace surrounds, shower enclosures, window sills and wainscoating for wall applications. Projects are manufactured using the latest in stone working equipment, including computerized saws, cnc and waterjet.

The glass division makes colorful glass art panels utilizing a casting and fusing process. Colors can be selected to meet customers needs. The panels vary from 1 foot squares to the largest being 4' x 6'. Thicknesses vary from 3/8" to 1 1/2". Panels can be laminated to be architectural panels meeting ANSI 97.1 Class B.
