Penn National Gaming is a leading owner and operator of casinos, race tracks and off track wagering facilities (OTWs) in 7 states and Ontario, Canada. Based in Wyomissing, PA, Penn National Gaming owns and operates a number of facilities including Charles Town Races and Slots in Charles Town, WV, with 3500 gaming devices.
