Playline Inc. supplies a scalable turnkey gaming system to social gaming environments, including pubs, cruise ships, and land-based casinos, as well as to lotteries and pari-mutuel organizations. The PlayLine System, which is currently in the marketing trial stage, encompasses graphic displays, a central gaming engine, and point-of-sale terminals. The goal of PlayLine is to facilitate location-based social betting on games-of-chance by using appealing visual and audio experiences. The PlayLine System encompasses new games including simulated horse races, dog races, car races, animated action games, and new versions of traditional games like Keno, Lotto, Daily Numbers, and Bingo. The PlayLine System is designed to be cost-effective for the gaming merchant and scalable, from a single terminal installation to a network consisting of thousands of terminals. PlayLine customers include Ocean Race and Sports Book, SunCruz, the British Columbia Lottery Corporation, and the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission where the WebShow component of the PlayLine System has been installed in over three thousand lottery outlets. Additional PlayLine Systems are being installed on a trial basis in several casinos in the United States, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, and Argentina.
