I created ProServe Training to meet a genuine need for specialized customer service training and motivational thinking within the gaming industry. After a long career in corporate public relations, I transferred my service skills onto the casino floor as both a dealer and a slot attendant. My first hand knowledge of what is involved for a gaming employee proved invaluable in developing this program.
