In 2004 Schwartz Design Group assisted the Morongo Band of Mission Indians with a year long promotion to open the new Morongo Casino Resort & Spa which included advertising, newsletters, invitations, posters, web-site, package design, logo and packaging for the new spa and spa products, press kit materials for the travel trades, and the New York and Los Angeles media. We were tapped for a Gold Award from the International competition, The Summit Creative Awards plus a Crystal Jade Award from the International Creative Awards for the "Celebration of Sovereignty" invitation created for the Morongo Band of Mission Indians $250 million new Morongo Casino, Resort & Spa property in Cabazon, California. Special Events Planners magazine also recognized this effort with an Award of Excellence.
