Our products are sold through a large, worldwide network of independently owned distributors and government agencies who sell to charitable organizations, Tribal Games, and commercial bingo hall operations. Specialty continually supports its distribution network by providing sales training and support, customer service and promotional sales materials to ensure their long term success. We employ more than 2,000 people in all our facilities including the Arrow world headquarters and largest manufacturing facility located in Cleveland, Ohio, and a number of satellite manufacturing and distribution plants located throughout North America and the United Kingdom. Arrow's manufacturing methods utilize the most sophisticated and high technology controls and techniques available in the world today. In order to expand its position internationally and to better service the European market, Arrow acquired the bingo manufacturing division of W. S. Cowell Limited of Ipswich, England, in 1992, becoming Cowells Arrow Bingo U.K. Arrow's international expansion continued with the opening of a facility in Juarez, Mexico, to service Central and South America. Additionally, in 1993, Arrow acquired the Samson Bingo Ball manufacturing operation of Hagedorn Aktiengesellschaft of Germany, and in 1995, the Lucky® Bingo products line of novelty items.
