Stetson Interests, Inc. provides its clients with a unique grouping of professional services that successfully cross over to the ever expanding gaming industry. Stetson delivers solutions in these areas in a confidential, professional, and a cost effective manner. The Stetson family owned and operated an exclusive resort property in northern New England from 1928 until 1974. In the years that followed, Stetson's experience in construction management and real estate development brought the company to New Mexico. As Indian Gaming began to flourish in the State of New Mexico, Stetson was led back into the hospitality industry, with a focus on entertainment production and special event planning and management for tribal clients. As an independent contractor, Stetson provided professional services in conjunction with the Entertainment Director's at both the Isleta Casino and Resort and the Santa Ana Star Casino form 1998 through 2003. Regionally, Stetson Interests has been called upon to assist NM Governor Gary Johnson’s and Governor Bill Richardson’s transition teams in the planning and production of their inaugural events. For many years Stetson served in a key role in planning, developing the sponsorship program, and in the production of the City of Albuquerque’s Fourth of July events. The event, one of the City’s largest, provided fireworks, live entertainment, and amusements to a crowd of 100,000 or more each year. The key to our success is our ability to quickly develop synergistic teams able to deliver practical and effective solutions for our clients.

The entertainment component of gaming operations is now more than just one of the many player acquisition tools utilized by management. Stetson Interests can develop turnkey special projects such as regionally and nationally televised boxing, celebrity poker tournaments, reality TV projects, etc for its clients. This, in addition to musical entertainment, produced for PBS and cable networks can provide both broadcast distribution revenues, and a powerful demographic specific marketing tool for the casino. We represent the client and design our service programs based on the specific needs, budgets, capabilities of the client’s staff. Stetson also can develop training programs to assist our clients create dependable in-house production staff able to work these events. This type of program potentially can provide additional benefits to the venue and the casino in general. Clearly, saving the venue the long term expense of contracted production teams, accomplished through such training programs can make good economic & operational sense. The creation of education programs of this kind can, in some areas of the country, qualify for state sponsored workforce training funding and other programs that can bring savings and other benefits to the property.
