Total Merchant Services of Tennessee is owned and operated by 21st Century Resources Inc. The company was founded in 1997 with the objective of giving internet merchants a better option for their financial services such as credit card processing. 21st Century Resources formed a strategic alliance with Total Merchant Services in 1998 and in 2001 become a TMS Independent Sales Organization (ISO). TMS provides internet merchants with complete e-commerce tools to set up shop on the net as well as a wide variety of equipment, software and services for mail order and retail establishments.
