Vegas SNAX! Baby!, owned by Gator Bites (GB) Food Group, LLC, is a young (1 year) company that distributes its snack food products nationwide via food giant Kroger/Food 4 Less, and via our contract as the Official In-flight Snack of Las Vegas-based Allegiant Air (say "Good-bye" to those tired pretzels, peanuts and trail mix). GB Food Group, LLC is the sole owner of the patent and trademark rights to the "Stay $ Play" Casino Promotional Program. This program is a win-win for all involved since we advertise a partner casino's "Free Money/Gift" Offer on all of our snack food products in retail stores nationwide, and on Allegiant Air SNAX PAX (80,000 passengers/month). Both the "Stay $ Play" concept and process is protected by Federal law thus ensuring a "zero-competition" guarantee for our partner casinos. In order to redeem the advertised "free money" and/or prizes, our SNAX! customers must bring the snack bag or bottled water to the casino's Players Club where their name is captured and their play is tracked. Our SNAX! are directly responsible for building a casino's database and the success of the promotion is easily charted.
