Discoverii is a day/night PTZ technology based on patent-pending active laser illumination and is positioned to be used where either no system is used today or much more expensive thermal-based systems are used. , Optically, Discoverii continuously zoomable up to 26x. Unlike thermal IR technology, Discoverii can see through glass and read markings and letters on dark surfaces in zero light. In addition, ambient light in the field of view has no impact on Discoverii. Since the system is based on optical spectrum CCD technology, it is a full color, long-range PTZ system during the day, with human detection more than 2000 meters.
