Diamond I Forms Strategic Alliance

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Diamond I, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DMOI), a developer of wireless gaming products, including the GS2(TM) wireless hand-held gaming unit and the WifiCasino(TM) wireless gaming system, today announced that it has agreed to form a strategic alliance with Real Video Gaming, Inc. (RVG), Voyant Media Group, Inc. (VMG) and Ibis Networks to create a Global Gaming Platform that will enable video, audio and betting information from real gaming devices to be transmitted without delays to the Internet, PDAs and mobile phones simultaneously anywhere in the world. A definitive venture agreement is expected to be completed in the near future.

The Global Gaming Platform will transmit real-time video of actual gaming devices, such as craps, slots and roulette, from actual casinos to users who will, then, be able to interact with such devices, as if the user were present at the host casino.

Once completed, the Global Gaming Platform will be fully scalable, allowing an unlimited number of people in different locations throughout the world to play the same game or participate in the same tournament at the same time.

According to Dan Morgan, CEO of RVG, one of Diamond I's strategic partners and the strategic alliance's leader, "Our new alliance has very talented engineers, with a combined intellectual property of over 50 issued patents, and several pending patents. What our team has accomplished is to put the pieces of a very complex puzzle together that will allow patrons to play their favorite game of chance whenever they want, as if they were sitting in the casino."

The Global Gaming Platform will be Microsoft Certified, providing a more reliable and secure interface to casinos, with specific applications created for wireless gaming in Nevada casinos in compliance with Nevada Law AB471, which authorizes the use of mobile communication devices for gaming in public areas in Nevada casinos. The alliance will strictly adhere to all U.S. gaming laws and, to that end, will create a U.S.-friendly downloadable play-for-fun game for the PC or mobile phone using video and audio feeds from real gaming devices. The play-for-fun game will not permit live wagering, but will allow players to enter into a contest to play in live tournaments at land-based casinos. The alliance will charge a modest fee for users to access the play-for-fun game, with these proceeds being sent to deserving non-profit organizations. Users will be permitted to select which of their favorite causes will receive the proceeds.
