IGT's motion for injunction against LVGI denied

LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Las Vegas Gaming, Inc. (LVGI), the gaming industry innovator in server-based gaming application delivery, announced today that the motion filed by IGT for an injunction for alleged copyright and other infringement claims by LVGI and its PlayerVision(TM) system has been denied.

The court found that IGT had not shown a likelihood of success and raised serious questions as to its copyright or other infringement claims and, accordingly, refused IGT's request for an injunction. "IGT has failed to meet its burden as to the merits of its copyright claims," stated the ruling by the United States District Court, District of Nevada. "Accordingly, it is ordered that IGT's Motion for Preliminary Injunction is denied."
