Money Centers of America, Rolling Hills Casino sign deal

7 January 2008

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pennsylvania -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Today Money Centers of America (OTC Bulletin Board: MCAM) a provider of cash access, transaction management systems, and financial networks for the gaming industry announced it has entered into a 10 year license agreement for its ONSwitch(TM) Transaction Management System with the Rolling Hills Casino in Corning, California. Under the agreement, Rolling Hills will use ONSwitch(TM) to manage its cash access and merchant card processing internally, eliminating third party vendors and unlocking previously lost profits associated with outsourcing this critical revenue pipeline for its gaming and resort operations.

"Rolling Hills Casino is one of many gaming operators in our sales pipeline that recognize ONSwitch(TM) as the key to unlocking meaningful new profits from their current operations. We've worked hard to let the casino industry know that insourcing such a mission-critical application - cash access - made business sense and economic sense. Now, that work is paying off for our company and our shareholders with our first licensing deal. Our large pipeline for ONSwitch(TM) includes some of the largest gaming companies in North America and numerous individual gaming operators, which suggests that we are seeing the beginning of a new era in the cash access segment of the gaming industry," said Christopher Wolfington, Chairman & CEO of Money Centers of America.

"Switching to Money Centers' ONSwitch solution and eliminating third-party cash access vendors will improve customer service and give us control of our cash access and merchant card processing services. At the same time, these enhancements will definitely increase profit margins while enabling us to create a better experience for our guests," said Bruce Thomas, CEO of Rolling Hills Casino.

Leslie Lohse, Tribal Council Member of the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians, added, "Considering how critical cash access services are to our core business, I am surprised that any gaming company would sacrifice profits and control of the customer experience by outsourcing. When you consider the new income created by ONSwitch and how the ONSwitch solution is consistent with our plans for economic development, the choice was clear."
