Three More Casinos Sign with Global Payments

ATLANTA, Georgia – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Global Payments Inc., (NYSE: GPN) a world leader in electronic transaction processing and industry leader in gaming cash access services, announced today that three additional Las Vegas casinos have signed agreements for various offerings in the VIP LightSpeed suite of products. Under the terms of the agreements, Global Payments is providing each of the following properties with cash access services: The Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino, Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino, and the Tropicana Hotel and Casino.

Global Payments announced this April that the gaming capital's newest luxury resort, Wynn Las Vegas, had also selected Global's VIP LightSpeed for the casino's check cashing services.

Designed for the gaming industry, VIP LightSpeed, is an Internet accessible, PC-based platform that provides services for traditional and electronic check cashing, credit and debit card cash advances, player history and credit reports, and ATM cash availability, as well as a full spectrum of management reporting tools that speeds the processing of transactions and reduces the risk associated with check cashing and cash advance services. Leading technology provides the capability of issuing the VIP Preferred Card with the highest cash access-check cashing limits in the industry.

Approximately one million cardholders currently use the VIP Preferred(R) Card, a consumer cash access and check-cashing card, at participating gaming establishments within the Global Payments gaming network.
