ValetNoir Receives Gaming Patent

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE)-- ValetNoir, Inc today announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has issued US patent number 6,910,968 for the electronic exchange of information between junket operators and casinos for the automation of the promotion and acceptance of tours or junkets via the World Wide Web. Concurrent with this, ValetNoir announced that it reported a pro forma net operating profit for the second quarter of 2005 before interest, taxes, and depreciation.

The patent, entitled "Worldwide casino tour promotion and acceptance system and method," provides patent protection for ValetNoir's player exchange which enables independent casino representatives, tour operators or junket operators to use the World Wide Web to broker player qualification data between a player and the casino's back-end systems. The technology further enables a casino's representatives to qualify and book a potential player into a represented property. Prior to ValetNoir's exchange system, established players depended upon human relationships and physical delivery methods like facsimile for the exchange and qualification of their information when dealing with casinos.
