NEW YORK – (PRESS RELEASE) -- In a move that is sure to accelerate its position as the gaming industry's most successful aggregator of casino enthusiasts, ValetNoir announced today that it was sharing its technology with independent casino representatives.

"Independent casino representatives (ICRs) work with some of the industry's best-known and regular clients," said George Nassef, President and Founder of ValetNoir. "By embracing them, we have a chance to grow our business and introduce new efficiencies to the casino industry."

Equally benefiting from the arrangement are the ICRs, who will be licensing ValetNoir's patent. This means they will have access to ValetNoir's software application, RF&B for Reps. Using this technology, reservations taken by the ICR will be forwarded directly to each participating property, via fax or electronically, as long as the property supports such transmissions. ValetNoir is currently testing electronic connections with three major casino chains.

Another winner with this initiative is the ValetNoir client, who has experienced unrivaled access through the years to tens of thousands of free suites, shows and limousines. Now, those same clients will have access to those similar benefits at substantially all the world's casinos.

Nassef said he expects some ICRs, who are trying to grow their business, to explore advertising opportunities in the recently introduced RF&B Magazine to grow their business, especially in light of the attractive demographic characteristics of the magazine's readership.

More strategic initiatives are anticipated in the future from the seasoned ValetNoir executive team, which has experienced similar success at other technology companies, such as SABRE Holdings and HotJobs, Inc.
