Video Gaming Technologies Names CFO

SMYRNA, Tennessee – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Video Gaming Technologies, a leading supplier of games and systems to the casino industry, today named Jason Morgan chief financial officer for the company. Morgan will report directly to VGT President Jon Yarbrough.

As chief financial officer, Morgan will oversee all of the company's finance and accounting functions and will be actively involved in developing strategic plans and increasing operational productivity.

"Jason has extensive experience in managing finance operations and maximizing financial returns for companies," said VGT President Jon Yarbrough. "VGT continues to grow at a rapid pace and is expanding into new business markets. Jason will play an important role in helping to take VGT to new levels of productivity and financial performance."

Morgan's professional career includes serving as chief financial officer for ResortQuest International, a subsidiary of Gaylord Entertainment Company. He also served as vice president of strategic planning, investor relations and treasury. In addition, Morgan has held financial management and accounting positions at Harrah's Entertainment, ITT Corporation and Arthur Andersen.
