Video Gaming Technologies Names COO

MYRNA, Tennessee – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Video Gaming Technologies, a leading supplier of games and systems to the casino industry, today named Jay Sevigny chief operating officer for the company. In this newly created role, Sevigny will focus on strategic planning and will oversee all areas of the company's operations including marketing, sales, service, manufacturing, engineering and human resources. Sevigny will report directly to VGT President Jon Yarbrough.

"Jay has extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industry and a proven track record at managing successful operations," said Yarbrough. "His expertise will help VGT reach new levels of productivity and organization as we continue our tremendous growth and prepare to enter into new markets."

Sevigny has more than 25 years of experience working for some of the gaming and hospitality industry's leading companies. Prior to joining VGT, Sevigny was chief operating officer of Gaylord Hotels and was division vice president for Harrah's Entertainment. He also served as president of Midwest Operations for Station Casinos and chief operating officer for Harrah's Casino New Orleans.

Sevigny received his MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen School of Management and earned his bachelor's degree in business administration and finance at the University of Nevada-Reno.
