Youbet.com notified by NASDAQ of regained compliance

WOODLAND HILLS, California -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Youbet.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: UBET) today announced that it has received notice from The NASDAQ Stock Market that the closing bid price of Youbet's common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater for 10 consecutive business days and, therefore, Youbet has regained compliance with NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4). In the notice letter, NASDAQ advised the company that the matter is now closed.
