NCOALink provides mailers with new addresses for people that have moved in the last 48 months. Our NCOALink also includes a) CASS certification, that will standardize the address completing the zip+4, carrier route and IMB code, b) DPV that assigns a deliverability grade, c) LACSLink and d)SuiteLink. NCOALink ensure mailers meet the move update requirements, enabling mailers to qualify for postage discounts. To further enhance your address hygiene process we have a proprietary change of address, MaxCOA that goes back 5 years and provides address updates not in the USPS NCOALink database. We will provide new addresses for individuals that NCOALink would not have provided. We recommend direct mailers do both. Another proprietary product, AAE, will convert a percentage of the address that fail DPV, grade as undeliverable and convert them back to deliverable addresses. Records that would have been discarded can be corrected and you now have a deliverable address for that person or business.
