** IT Staffing **
Starpoint consistently supplies high-quality permanent and contract technology professionals for global companies. We participate in preferred vendor relationships with clients such as J.P. Morgan Chase, Citibank, Bank Boston, Fleet Bank, State Street Bank, Verizon, and Johnson & Johnson.
Each client uses varied processes to achieve their common goal of consultant procurement. Starpoint has successfully integrated its business model into these existing processes by adapting to the specific needs of each client.
Additionally, Starpoint offers InstiHire™, a Web-based employment exchange providing a nationwide, private network between companies and recruiters. InstiHire has helped our clients significantly reduce recruiting fees while quickly filling their permanent positions in all disciplines.
** Implementing and Upgrading Enterprise Software **
Starpoint’s enterprise software team has a long-standing history of implementing, upgrading, and customizing software applications: PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, J.D. Edwards, Siebel, and Ariba. Clients include Engelhard, Thomas Jefferson University, Siemens Medical Solutions, and Schering-Plough.
** Global Development Services **
Starpoint has vast experience in custom Web development including portal development, distance learning solutions, instructional and graphic design, overall systems integration, and more. Clients include Diageo, Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, Ogilvy & Mather, and D&B.
Most recently we have begun providing Global Development capabilities to our clients by providing a well-balanced combination of local, client-facing resources, plus developers who reside at our facilities in Moscow and Kiev. This on-shore/off-shore development model provides our clients with a single, well-trained team that delivers the highest quality of service, while maximizing ROI on IT spending.

Our award-winning Creative Services team develops engaging user experiences that build brand identity and establish and cultivate relationships with customers by blending technology, functionality, creative design, and strategic marketing.
