The Fine Point Group, founded in 2005, is a woman-owned international consulting and management company renowned for its expertise in strategic casino management, customer relationship marketing (CRM), loyalty program development, brand marketing strategy, property turnarounds, and other aspects of casino operations. In all, we have worked with more than three dozen companies in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe, and Asia. As a firm not of professional consultants but former operating executives, we have differentiated ourselves in the marketplace through our unique commitment to management implementation on every project we undertake. Before joining FPG, the firm’s principals spent more than 150 cumulative years in senior marketing and operating roles at some of the largest and most respected companies in the gaming industry. We have learned that while gamers are gamers, each market has its own unique set of competitive and consumer pressures that demand a custom strategy. While we believe the strategies we conceive are world-class and cutting-edge; we think that a strategy is worthless without a passion for managing the thousands of details necessary to turn an idea into action.
