Creative Foam Shapes

We were founded in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1996 manufacturing CNC cut (EPS) foam shapes for architectural facades, sculptures, packaging, roofing, signage, letters, props, and other miscellaneous applications. Since then we have incorporated design, engineering, and fabrication of GFRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum), GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement), FRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic), Molded Poly-urethane composite products, and a full graphic sign shop. Founding members and staff members have decades of experience and pride themselves on quality and performance. We are equipped with 9 CNC foam cutters with various foam coatings available. We have a full wood shop for building molds and making FRP, GRG, and GFRC materials. We have existing lines of molds that include: Fireplace surrounds, columns, door and window moldings, balustrade, corbels, wall caps, pier caps, ceiling medallions, domes, water features, statuary, ceiling access doors, decorative T-grid ceiling tiles, and ornaments. Our founding members and staff members take pride in quality and performance. We design, engineer, and fabricate, your concepts and imagery.
