In late 2002 the international operation of Crowne Gold was re-domiciled from Nevis, West Indies to the United States. Shareholders of the company include licensed financial institutions and one of the world's largest corporate formation and management firms. The Crowne Gold system is designed such that clients may buy and sell gold and silver based on market prices, take delivery of precious metals via bar and coin, or digitally transfer any part of their gold holdings via a secure, encrypted, Internet exchange system.
