DS Guest Notebook also contains a Player Info module. Within this area of the application, casino staff can quickly view valuable player information. This information is always at the fingertips of Casino Staff, making the experience for the guest more enjoyable by saving time on the phone, or in line at a player window. The Messages module of DS Guest Notebook allows messages to be displayed Casino-wide, eliminating mis-communications regarding special rates, offers, giveaways, etc
