Development Services Group & Associates, Inc., (DSG) is a group of professionals who provide a wide assortment of services to rural communities, Tribes and individual entrepreneur’s to assist in comprehensive business development solutions. DSG was formed in 2000 to serve as a one stop approach to speed up the long process of development. DSG associates have a long combined history with over thirty years of experience providing services to New Mexico and the Western States. DSG has conducted construction management services for the last eight of those years. There are several specialties that distinguish us from other developers. We can provide complete development services that culminate into turnkey project development. We can conceive the project, identify all of the elements needed, negotiate all of the agreements associated with the project, source or assist in financing the business, manage the construction process and train the opening staff. Construction project management, acting as the owner’s representative is the main component of services offered. We pride ourselves with bringing in projects on time and on budget. DSG has been performing planning and operations training for senior management and staff of several Tribes and businesses. Additional services include business plans, projections, market studies (Housing), Human Resource solutions including staffing models, recruiting, hiring, training, organizational development and policies and procedures for accounting and human resource departments. DSG has completed 68 projects in the last 8 years ranging from $550,000 to $76 million in project costs. All have been on time and under budget. DSG has built gas station/travel Centers, casinos, offices, fast food restaurants, coffee lounges, USPS CPU's, grocery stores and much more. DSG is a full-service Construction Manager that acts as the Owner's Representative. As the Owner's Rep. DSG will assist the owner with every step of a project to include scope, business plan, financial projections, loan packaging, construction budgets, hiring of the General Contractor and Architect. DSG provides step-by-step assistance to include sourcing of all Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) on the owner's behalf in order to avoid mark-up of "Overhead" and "Profit" by the General Contractor. We have managed small and large projects alike and have a stellar track record of being on-time and under budget.
