DCSi is engaged in the private practice of professional construction consulting services specializing in HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems inspections with special attention given to Code compliance, function, and value. Our objective is to provide building commissioning / recommissioning / retro-commissioning, and construction advisory services at a fair and reasonable price.
