Dustproof Touchscreens are specially designed to make SAW touchscreen integration easier and to completely prevent dust from accumulating in areas that can affect SAW touchscreen performance. 1.Minibezel protects transducers: The transducers are completely hidden and protected inside the dustproof metal frame eliminating risk of damage during integration. 2.Minibezel provides a flat and consistent mechanical profile: The metal minibezel provides a flat sealed surface that is consistent over long periods of time,reducing the costs for design and sealing. 3.Longer life and lower maintenance: The reflectors of the touchpanel are sealed inside the metal frame to keep dust out and reduce the frequency and cost of maintenance required to remove dust from the reflectors. 4.Easy and quick installation: Use simple screw-in brackets to install the touchscreen, or attach to the display with double-sided adhesive gaskets. With the KioskTouch version, installation is even easier with screw holes already integrated into the minibezel. 5.Tested: All GeneralTouch dustproof touchscreens have been tested to meet relevant approved standards including ball-drop, dustproofing, vibration, UL, FCC and CE. 6.Dustproof minibezels combine with SafeTouch of screens: Dustproof minibezels with SafeTouch of screens (6mm tempered glass) are available.
