Established in 1987, HSI is a leader in healthcare cost containment in the US and International healthcare payor markets. We currently have 120 PPO partners representing local, national, regional and specialty healthcare access and over 250 clients worldwide.

HSI works in true partnership with clients to develop and tailor a custom PPO network solution that will not only garner the highest hit ratio and savings but will improve the quality of service, increase member satisfaction, and lower the cost of the claims administration and management.

HSI has developed and uses the latest HIPAA compliant technology to load and manage PPO fee schedules, connect to payors, route and re-price claims in a seamless process through a single gateway. This unique ability allows our clients to select from a host of PPO networks, to set a PPO network hierarchy for any given group, and to carve out high dollar or high frequency areas or services for focus through a custom PPO set up. Additionally, the HSI approach ends the headaches, internal staff time and confusion of mapping networks for groups that have employees in multiple locations.
