Cut Metal Letters and Logos are cut from only the highest quality solid metal plate, and are available in a variety of metals and finishes including aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, stainless steel, and hot-rolled steel, to complement a wide variety of environments and applications. Aluminum letters can also be painted to match any standard or custom color.
Additionally, Impact! Sign Letters can precisely replicate the shape of your custom logo and font, or use one of many standard fonts, to protect and promote your image and visual identity.

Cast Metal Letters provide a distinctive character to any environment. Impact! Sign Letters uses only the highest quality metal, hand-poured into molds to form perfectly uniform and consistent sign letters with sharp, clean lines.
Cast metal letters are available in greater depths and dimension than solid cut metal letters, offering increased value if this is your intended purpose. Additionally, cast metal letters are also lighter in weight than solid cut metal letters.
Available in bronze and aluminum, cast metal letters are available in many finishes and colors to suit your design and surroundings. Some fonts are available as round and prismatic-faced, offering a unique look. Cast Metal Letters are only available in certain fonts.

Formed Plastic Letters are a professional, economical solution for a variety of signage needs ranging from exterior building identification signage and monument signs, to sign boards and interior signage.
Formed Plastic Letters start out as the highest quality flat plastic sheet. A high pressure vacuum is then used to stretch the plastic sheet over a mold. Formed Plastic Letters are made from 100% recyclable plastic. Formed Plastic Letters are only available in certain standard fonts, however, we can make a custom mold for large volume customers. Available in a wide range of standard fonts and colors, Formed Plastic Letters are extremely light weight and durable, and are guaranteed not to chip, crack, or fade! Acrylic Letters and logos are a lightweight, flexible solution for a variety of both interior and exterior signage applications. Available in a wide variety of natural colors, as well as painted in any custom color, Acrylic Letters from Impact! Sign Letters are sure to help you make a professional and powerful impression.
Acrylic Letters and logos are laser cut, providing precise lines and extremely smooth edges and returns. Additionally, Acrylic Letters are extremely durable and weather resistant, making them ideal for a variety of exterior applications. Impact! Dimensional Foam Letters + Logos from Impact! Sign Letters is a cost effective solution for a wide variety of interior signage needs including corporate graphics, reception area and lobby signage, retail POP signage, special event signage, and tradeshow displays.
Foam Letters + Logos are extremely lightweight, and are available in a variety of thicknesses and finishes to serve all your signage and visual display needs. Choose from standard fonts and colors or let Impact! Sign Letters replicate your custom logo and font, or PMS color.
Econo-Foam Letters
Econo-Foam letters are the most economical sign letter available. Made from polystyrene foam, Econo-Foam letters are also the most lightweight sign letter available. The face of Econo-Foam letters is slightly porous, and not as smooth as Gatorfoam ® letters. Econo-Foam letters can be used unpainted white or painted in a standard color or custom color with either a rich matte or semi-gloss finish.
Dura-Foam Letters (Gatorfoam®)
Dura-Foam Letters are made from Gatorfoam ®, which is a structural foam, sandwiched between a hard facing, providing extra durability and a smooth surface. Dura-Foam letters can be used unpainted natural white or black or painted in a standard color or custom color with either a rich matte or semi-gloss finish.
Foam Letters with Plastic Laminate
Foam Letters with Plastic Laminate Letters are made from a high-pressure plastic laminate adhered to Gatorfoam ®, and precision cut. The sides can remain natural white, or painted in any standard color or custom color with a matte, semi-gloss, or metallic paint.
Foam Letters with Metal Laminate
Foam Letters with Metal Laminate Letters are made form real metal laminate, available in a variety of finishes, adhered to Gatorfoam ® and precision cut. The sides can remain unpainted, or be painted with matching metallic paint, or in any standard color or custom color with a matte or semi-gloss finish.

Your brand, identity, and image are worth it!
We will need your logo in a vector based file format such as a .EPS or .AI file, with all paths converted to outlines/curves. If you are using a font that is not one of our standards for the particular material, you will need to send us a PC True Type font, (.ttf). Please read our FAQ regarding ARTWORK / FILE FORMATS.
