The suite’s file monitoring and command-line utility components integrate with any third-party software packages (Bally's SDS, ACSC, IGT, etc...). Monitor events on each slot machine and notify appropriate personnel of all and any unusual activity (ex. jackpot, runaway hopper, drop open, tilt, etc.).

Features include user authentication – to maintain security, message escalation – which provides five levels of message escalation, and acknowledged response – to ensure that critical information is acknowledged
