Lyris ListManager is a high-performance email software marketing application for opt-in email campaigns, announcement lists, and online discussion groups. You can run ListManager software on your own computer, or alternatively use ListHosting, Lyris's outsourced (ASP) solution. The software runs on Windows, Linux, and Solaris/Sparc, and works with a number of major databases, including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.

Lyris ListManager supports all message types, including text, HTML, multipart MIME, and AOL formats. Message personalization is also possible with mail merge tags and conditional content. Users can archive and reuse previously sent content, as well as include attachments.

Administrators can target individual customers with ListManager's segment builder, permitting selection by customer demographics, behavior, or any other available database fields. SQL queries can also be used to trigger automated messages when customer data changes.

ListManager supports full testing of your message before you send, as well as a variety of flexible advance scheduling. New reporting features permit analysis of delivery and bounce rates, as well as opens and clickthroughs. Bounce handling is completely automated and configurable.
