Factors such as bow, skew, bias, repeat variation, and trueness of edge require adjustments that only a skilled craftsman experienced in the installation of patterned carpet can handle competently. That’s why Mastercraft Floor Covering provides a standard five-year installation warranty, even though the industry standard is only one year. Mastercraft offers a full range of services: turnkey installation, with site evaluation, warehousing, and single point of contact for project management; technical consulting with inspection and resolution recommendations; project management in the office and field; and corrective services including spot dyeing, side match correction, feather dyeing, micro-sheering to remove high rows, minor imperfections in surface pile, peaked seams, or excess surface pile fibers, and replacement of damaged areas and hand sewing.
