Founded in 1982, Para Systems, Inc. is a privately-held corporation that manufactures the MINUTEMAN line of Power Protection products. Headquartered in Carrollton, Texas, our UPSs are sold in more than 100 countries throughout the world.

We continue to produce the industry's most reliable Power Protection products. MINUTEMAN's products range from the highly acclaimed ProE Series designed for equipment protection requirements of 1.5kVA and below and our Enterprise Plus Series with extended runtime designed for equipment protection requirements of 3kVA and below in a desktop or a rackmount configuration, to the Endeavor series for larger on-line systems up to 24kVA designed for your critical applications.
