NationWide Transformer Services, Inc. employs highly qualified and competent laboratory personnel. Our professionals have a combined experience of 50+ years and are capable of performing and certifying laboratory test analysis results.

Using our own Fully Integrated State-of-the-Art Laboratory instruments to perform highly specialized transformer insulating fluid analysis, we provide the highest quality reporting which is our primary objective. Our quality control and assurance program ensures delivery of the highest possible reliable analytical results to our clients. Our laboratory strictly follows ASTM and IEEE guidelines to conduct all insulating fluid laboratory analysis. Our laboratory professionals interpret and provide test result recommendations. We are members of the ASTM International committee D-27 on insulating fluids.

Our reputation in the industry is such that major utilities, transformer manufactures, and, major industrial companies routinely consult with us and even plan their maintenance and transformer change-outs when they encounter problems with their high voltage equipment.

Our laboratory capabilities include: Dissolved Gas Analysis D3612, Moisture Content D1533, Oxidation Inhibitor D2668, Corrosive Sulfur D1275B, Particle Count ISO 11171 & 4406, and Furans analysis D5837.
