Penn National Gaming is a leading owner and operator of casinos, race tracks and off track wagering facilities (OTWs) in 7 states and Ontario, Canada. Based in Wyomissing, PA, Penn National Gaming owns and operates a number of facilities including Charles Town Races and Slots in Charles Town, WV, with 3500 gaming devices. There are three Mississippi-based casinos including Boomtown Biloxi in Biloxi, Casino Magic Casino and Resort in Bay St. Louis and Hollywood Casino in Tunica. Additionally there are two casinos in Louisiana including Casino Rouge in Baton Rouge and Hollywood Casino Shreveport, along with Bullwhackers Casinos in Black Hawk County and Hollywood Casino in Aurora, IL. Penn also has a management contract to operate Casino Rama, a large casino and entertainment complex north of Toronto, in Orillia, Canada.

In addition to horseracing at Charles Town, Penn National Gaming operates two Pennsylvania Racetracks, Penn National Race Course at Grantville and the Pocono Downs as well as 11 OTWs throughout the state. Penn also has a joint venture in Pennwood Racing which operates Freehold Raceway in New Jersey.
