Since 2001, we have operated our own manufacturing facility in Guang Dong Province, Southern China to complement our head-office in Wales which offers technical support, customer service, storage and distribution. This means we can offer our customers the optimum procurement solution- manufacturing in a low-cost country, combined with the excellent service you would expect from a UK-based supplier.

By sub-contracting to a wire harness manufacturer you save money on your assembly times and costs, and by using Ringtel Electronics you get all the expertise of a company that has been producing electronic assembly service products since 1995, and whose wire harness products are widely used in a number of market applications. From our UK headquarters we provide product design and inventory management services including: Product prototyping services, Custom wire harness design services, Fully-managed supply chain, Management and distribution of Buffer Stocks, and Kanban / Ship-to-line delivery service. This is supplemented by our wholly-owned manufacturing plant in China that produces high-quality, cost-effective wire harnesses to your specification. Because we own the Chinese wire harness manufacturer facility, we can quote medium to large batch sizes and are also prepared to produce samples and prototype products. All Ringtel Electronics wire harnesses comply with ISO 9001:2008 standards and are ROHS compliant. The quality of our wire harnesses is world class and we hold several blue chip manufacturers in our client base. Our wire harnesses are sold into many global markets, including automotive, white goods, gaming, vending and telecommunications.
